Commercial Property Associate Director Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Associate Director to join our team at Morgan Jones Limited. As a leading multidisciplinary property consultancy firm, we are looking for an individual with a strong background in commercial property management to work with us in East London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a mixed portfolio of commercial properties across London and the UK, with a focus on growing client base and profitability.
  • Oversee and be accountable for the maintenance of properties via third-party contractors, ensuring works are carried out in a cost-effective manner and to a professional standard.
  • Liaise with the accounts team on service charges and rent invoicing, end-of-year reconciliation, and financial queries.
  • Be actively involved in all aspects of property management, including service charges, landlord & tenant, health and safety, and day-to-day property management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of four years of experience in commercial property management, with RICS qualifications a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills, with the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
  • Good working knowledge of office IT systems, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Preferably full UK driving license.
