Job Title: Property Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team at Beach Baker Property Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our 40-strong property portfolio, including a European element of around 15 properties in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust estates strategy for the portfolio, ensuring alignment with key business goals.
  • Negotiate terms with third-party landlords and coordinate with internal teams to manage the lifecycle of each tenancy.
  • Oversee relationships with insurers and brokers, covering risk management for property, business interruption, public liability, and more.
  • Manage business rates, ensuring compliance and handling appeals to maximise value.
  • Work closely with legal teams on drafting, reviewing, and maintaining leases, licences, and management agreements.
  • Ensure all property agreements and documents are updated and managed within a property database.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of commercial property management experience, ideally within multi-site consumer businesses.
  • A genuine passion for property, with a drive to bring value and innovation to the role.
  • Real Estate Degree-educated, RICS qualified.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with strong analytical and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with legal documents, occupational structures, and compliance.
