Job Summary:

Ultimate Asset is seeking a seasoned Senior Client Services Director to drive senior relationships with key accounts and oversee the delivery of exceptional client service and results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary senior point of contact for clients and build strong relationships based on trust and integrity.
  • Strategic Planning: Understand client needs and objectives to provide strategic recommendations and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor account managers and other client service professionals to foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Commercial Acumen: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services, and collaborate with other department heads to drive retention and renewals.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Oversee weekly and monthly reporting, as well as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Performance Contract Agreements (PCAs).

Requirements:

  • Advanced Client Relationship Management Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Ability to understand client needs and objectives and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring account managers and other client service professionals.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
