Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our technical team. As a Paraplanner, you will play a critical role in supporting our Senior Advisers in delivering high-quality financial advice to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Review and Analysis
    • Undertake thorough reviews of clients' financial situations to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Report Preparation
    • Prepare comprehensive reports, including financial statements, investment recommendations, and other relevant information, to support our Senior Advisers in their client meetings.
  • Research and Development
    • Conduct in-depth research on various financial products, services, and market trends to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and provide informed advice to our clients.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with our Senior Advisers, other team members, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client services.
  • Professional Development
    • Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in financial planning, wealth management, and related areas.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education and Experience
    • Diploma Level 4 or higher in a relevant field, such as financial planning or a related discipline.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Wealth Management firm.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear recommendations.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
    • Proficiency in financial planning software and tools, including cash flow modeling and lifestyle planning.
