Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) specialist to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As an FP&A analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's financial planning and analysis needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgeting and variance analysis
- Provide financial analysis and support to other departments as needed
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to prepare and present analysis that enables and supports decision-making
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and other reporting requirements
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- Accountancy qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
- Strong Excel skills, with experience in modeling, reporting, and analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Multi-site experience preferred

- A competitive salary of circa £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
