Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) specialist to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As an FP&A analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's financial planning and analysis needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgeting and variance analysis
  • Provide financial analysis and support to other departments as needed
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to prepare and present analysis that enables and supports decision-making
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and other reporting requirements
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • Accountancy qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience in modeling, reporting, and analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Multi-site experience preferred
