Exciting Opportunity for a Forward-Thinking FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A analyst to join our thriving Accounting & Finance department. As a vital member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing critical financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.

About the Role

As an FP&A analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of accurate budgets and forecasts, as well as managing operations. You will also support the FP&A team by preparing and presenting analysis that enables and supports decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with building accurate budgets and forecasts
  • Manage operations and provide support to other departments
  • Prepare and present analysis to support business decision-making
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and reporting requirements
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks as determined by the Head of FP&A
Requirements
  • Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and modelling tools
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
