About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Advisor to join our team at Integrated Care 24 Ltd. As a Clinical Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality urgent care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out complex clinical triage, providing assessment, advice, and information to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Support and assist our call handlers in the management of critical situations, ensuring patient safety in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide innovative and patient-focused primary care services.

Requirements

  • Registered adult Nurse or Paramedic with 2 years of recent experience in primary care or an A&E setting.
  • Ability to commit to 8 weeks of full-time training.
