Trainee Scone Baker Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Scone Baker. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and baking of our award-winning scones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weighing and measuring ingredients with precision
  • Preparing doughs, cutting scones, and traying up
  • Operating equipment, including mixers, cutting machines, and ovens
  • Performing quality control checks to ensure consistency and quality
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Experience in baking or a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg
  • Commitment to quality and a hardworking attitude
