Job Title: Trainee Scone Baker

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Trainee Scone Baker to join our team at Truly Treats, a well-established wholesale bakery renowned for delivering high-quality cakes, traybakes, and scones to foodservice distributors nationwide.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Weighing and measuring ingredients with precision
  • Mixing and baking award-winning scones
  • Operating equipment such as mixers, cutting machines, and ovens
  • Performing quality control checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Experience in baking
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
