About the Role:

- **Position**: Trainee Baker
- **Type**: Full-time
- **Location**: Truly Treats, a well-established wholesale bakery in Kingsteignton

As a Trainee Baker, you will work closely with our Bakery Supervisor and experienced bakers, gaining hands-on experience and learning the craft of baking. Your duties will include:

- Assisting in the production of cakes, traybakes, and scones
- Weighing ingredients and preparing batters
- Prepping trays
- Decorating cakes
- Maintaining a fast pace and high standards of quality
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

What We're Looking For:

- At least 1 year of baking experience (home bakers with a passion for baking are welcome)
- Previous experience in a kitchen or bakery is a plus
- A hardworking attitude with a keen interest in learning
- Strong team player with a commitment to excellence

Work Schedule:

- **Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- **Start Date**: ASAP

We offer full training to help you grow and succeed in your baking career.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
