About the Role
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality support services in various locations within Wiltshire.
  • Ensure that individuals receive personalized care tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create comprehensive care plans.
Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced individual who:

  • Possesses proven experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism in a residential or community setting.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Has a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and is committed to ongoing professional development.
  • Is a reliable and dedicated individual with a full UK driving licence.
