Job Summary:

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the leadership and management of our care home services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Registered Manager in the line management of a team of staff, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and quality care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care.
  • Have experience working in a care home setting, with a focus on autism and learning disabilities.
  • Be able to demonstrate a commitment to quality care and service provision.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
