In your role as the Children's Care Services Manager, you will take charge of the comprehensive administration and guidance of a residential facility dedicated to children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and uphold exceptional levels of care and protection.
• Lead and manage the team of staff, encompassing recruitment, training, oversight, and performance evaluation.
• Formulate and execute individualized care strategies that cater to the unique needs of each child, fostering their well-being and growth.
• Cultivate robust partnerships with external organizations, families, and the community.
