About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Care Professional to join our Children's Services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and providing care and support planning for children in need of support, protection, or in need of being looked after by the local authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and provide care and support planning for children in need of support, protection, or in need of being looked after by the local authority.
- Work with children and their families from birth to 14, focusing on outcomes, strengths, and confident risk management.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each child and family.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve the best possible outcomes for children and families.

Requirements
