About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Waking Night Children's Support Worker. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and support to our young people.

As a Waking Night Children's Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting the wider team in implementing positive behaviour plans and routines for our young people. You will also use strategies to promote healthy sleep and wake patterns, help the young people to meet their personal care needs, and directly support them during the night when required.

Essential Skills
  • Be a dynamic problem solver who can work well under pressure.
  • Effective verbal and listening skills.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced/with child/adult barred/Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). iMap Centre is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
