About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Waking Night Children's Support Worker. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and support to our children and young people.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting the wider team in implementing positive behaviour plans and routines for our young people. You will also use strategies to promote healthy sleep and wake patterns, help the young people to meet their personal care needs, and directly support them during the night when required.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic problem solver who can work well under pressure, possess excellent verbal and listening skills, and have excellent time management and communication skills. If you are a compassionate and understanding individual who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our children and young people, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.
