Job Title: Tutor

Pay Rate: £26.62 per hour (+ P & P)

Location: Burton-on-Trent

Hours: Flexible (full-time or part-time)

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Tutor to provide exceptional one-on-one tutoring sessions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the subject matter. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students excel in their studies and possess strong knowledge and expertise in GCSE-level subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop customised lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the national curriculum and cater to the unique learning needs of each student.

- Assess and regularly monitor the progress of your students, adjusting your teaching methods to maximise their learning outcomes.

- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates students to excel.

- Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians to provide feedback on student progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.

- Previous experience as a tutor, particularly at the GCSE level, is highly desirable.
