Job Opportunity: Social Worker Position Available

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals and families in need of social care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality social work services to clients, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as healthcare providers and community organizations, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to address challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Completed ASYE (Assisted Support Year in Employment) program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
