Experienced Learning Disabilities Manager Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Plymouth area.
The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and a strong understanding of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve outstanding care
- Manage staff performance and development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
