Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Applications Engineer to join our Engineering team at our new site on the Questor Estate, Dartford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and product application expertise to our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and issues.
  • Offer technical support and product application expertise to customers and colleagues, focusing on new product development and aftermarket business.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing accurate and timely solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including CAD drawings, specifications, and installation instructions.
  • Conduct in-house assembly and modification of products, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain technical records for application installations and projects.
  • Support the development of an applications database for Brigade products.
  • Provide technical information and support for quote preparation, business development, and initial fittings.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to provide technical support and guidance.
  • Lead training programs for internal and external customers, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
