Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Applications Engineer to join our Engineering team at our new site on the Questor Estate, Dartford. As an Applications Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, product application and technical support, and troubleshooting and customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to meet customer needs.
  • Offer product application and technical support to customers and colleagues on new product development, focusing on the Aftermarket & Fleet business within Brigade Group.
  • Troubleshoot and provide customer support for technical issues.
  • Conduct applications engineering and prepare application documentation, including CAD technical drawings, specifications, and installation instructions.
  • Perform in-house assembly and modification of products.
  • Prepare, maintain, and report technical details for application installations and projects.
  • Support the development of an applications database for Brigade products.
  • Provide technical information and support for quote preparation, business development, and initial fittings.
  • Support Business Development Managers (BDMs) technically in quote support and business development.
  • Lead training programs for internal and external customers.
