Our technical expertise is core to our business, helping us to innovate and bring exciting concepts to reality. We are now looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to work at our brand new site on the Questor Estate, Dartford within the Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities


• Providing exceptional customer service and a proactive approach


• Product application and technical support to customers and colleagues on exciting and new product development, biased to Aftermarket & Fleet business throughout Brigade Group.


• Troubleshooting and customer support


• Applications engineering


• Preparation of application documentation including CAD technical drawings, specifications, and installation instructions


• In house assembly/modification of products


• Preparation, maintenance, and reporting of technical detail for application installations/projects.


• Support the development of an applications database for Brigade products.


• Provide technical information and support in the preparation of quotes/tender documentation, business development, and initial fittings.


• Support BDM's technically in quote support and business development and initial fittings


• Lead training programs for internal and external customers
