Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our EG Group team. As a key member of our Subway store management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and improve store efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
