Job Summary:
The Business Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the hospital's outreach and referral network. This position is designed to support the Private Patients Manager in fostering growth and boosting referrals across various payor channels, thereby contributing to the overall success of Ramsay Health Care.
The role primarily involves establishing and nurturing robust relationships with stakeholders within the healthcare community to drive targeted referrals and revenue growth. The successful candidate will operate within a designated territory, focusing on expanding Ramsay's market presence and brand recognition through strategic engagement and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Organize and lead educational events to create referral opportunities among consultants, GPs, and external partners.
- Utilize analytics and data insights to optimize engagement with both new and existing referrers.
- Collaborate with the Private Patients Manager to align activities with the hospital's strategic business objectives.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend events as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare sector or a strong background in sales and account management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in IT.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license is essential.
