Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff management, client care planning, and service delivery.
- Service Development: Promote the service to increase new client referrals and develop strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, such as Kirklees Council, to ensure effective partnerships and service delivery.
- Care Staff Management: Lead on the recruitment, training, and development of care staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure the branch is compliant with relevant regulations, such as the Care Act and CQC's Essential Standards, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Deputy/Registered Manager within a Home Care setting.
- Qualifications: A Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Location: Must be a driver and live within 20 miles of the branch.
