About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Fairfield General Hospital. As a Staff Nurse on our Acute Medical Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of safe and effective services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate nursing care, ensuring patient safety and well-being
  • Supervise junior staff and participate in the teaching of students on basic and post-basic courses
  • Maintain personal and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care
  • Participate in effective resource utilization and contribute to the efficient operation of the unit
  • Act in accordance with the NMC Professional Code of Conduct and adhere to trust policies and procedures
