Key Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will take on significant responsibilities and have the opportunity to advance in your career, becoming an essential part of our team.

Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring that all food meets the highest quality standards
  • Overseeing food preparation and compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, and reporting any incidents
  • Assisting the manager in managing, ordering, and controlling food inventory within budgetary constraints
  • Keeping up-to-date with product and menu knowledge, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, and ensuring portion and quality control
  • Upholding cleanliness standards in all kitchen areas and equipment

Work Schedule: 4 days a week, including alternate weekends
