About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Aztrum. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in your portfolio of accounts.
  • Sales and Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our services within your accounts, upselling and cross-selling to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prospecting: This role will include new business, so candidates should be confident in their prospecting abilities.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, within the IT industry – having worked for an MSP.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of wireless, networking, and security solutions. Familiarity with cloud services is a plus.
