Admissions Officer Opportunity

As an Admissions Officer, you will play a key role in the students' recruitment cycle and contribute to a smooth and efficient admissions process.

Our client, based in Oxford, is looking for an Admissions Officer to join their close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate applications and make informed decisions
  • Communicate effectively with students and stakeholders
  • Participate in recruitment activities and events
  • Update and maintain accurate records
  • Follow up with applicants and families to ensure a positive experience
  • Recommend improvements to the students' application process
  • Prepare and process paperwork efficiently
  • Provide excellent referencing services to students
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in admissions or education (desirable)
  • Knowledge of UKVI (desirable)
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
