Policy Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and methodical Policy Assistant to join our team at the University of Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Policy Administrator in the Policy section of Undergraduate Admissions and Outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Policy team, including coordinating meetings and events, and managing workflow from multiple stakeholder groups.
- Developing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with University regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the University to achieve departmental objectives.
- Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and approach work with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
