Technical Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our team at GHPC Group Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Prepare and coordinate electronic project files and documents, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and ensure all files are properly logged and organized.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to gather necessary information and provide administrative support.
- Office Administration: Provide general administrative support to colleagues, HR, and management, including answering calls, organizing events, and maintaining filing systems.
- Project Support: Assist with project administration, including sourcing quotes, placing orders, and arranging deliveries.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor office supplies and ensure the workplace remains tidy and organized.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least one year of experience in technical documentation or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and related legislation.
- Organizational Skills: Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
