About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food Science Specialist to join our team as a KTP Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Abertay University and Growers Garden to drive innovation and growth in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new product development projects to create healthy and sustainable snacks.
  • Collaborate with the research team at Abertay University to leverage their expertise in food science and technology.
  • Work closely with the management team at Growers Garden to ensure the successful implementation of new products and processes.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth in the food industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Embed a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the company.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in food science and technology. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field and significant experience in product development and innovation.
