About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Contract Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Genius Sports. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring data accuracy within our Salesforce system, enabling informed decision-making and revenue optimization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain the integrity of data across our commercial platforms, guaranteeing consistency and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with the data team to ensure PowerBI reports accurately reflect Salesforce data, facilitating insightful revenue analysis.
  • Proactively identify areas where data quality may be compromised and implement corrective measures, working alongside the commercial data analyst to enhance training materials for the sales team.
  • Develop and refine processes that promote 100% accuracy in Salesforce data entry, leveraging process maps and detailed walkthroughs to educate the commercial team on best practices.
  • Leverage accurate Salesforce data within PowerBI reports to uncover revenue opportunities and collaborate with the data team to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the commercial operations manager to establish a comprehensive sales library, fostering knowledge sharing and maintaining data quality standards.

Your Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience within a Revenue, Sales, or Commercial Operations function, ideally in a mid-sized to large organization.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce functionality and data management principles.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel and/or SQL.
