The Executive Support Officer will provide high-level administrative support to the Vice Chancellor, Principal, and CEO and his senior management team. This will involve preparing management papers, policies, and consultation responses, providing project support, and managing the Vice Chancellor, Principal, and CEO's diary.
About You
- You will be a highly organized and methodical individual with excellent communication skills.
- You will be able to demonstrate a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
- You will be a proactive individual who can undertake complex administrative work efficiently, using initiative.
- You will be able to synthesize large amounts of information succinctly, enabling effective communication to a range of audiences.
- You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to develop and maintain good networks and working relationships with colleagues at all levels, as well as with external stakeholders.
- You will be qualified at degree level (or equivalent qualifications and experience).
