As a respected legal services company, they specialize in providing top-notch equity release and residential conveyancing services nationwide.
The team is comprised of experienced equity release specialists who pride themselves on delivering efficient, professional, and impartial legal advice to clients on lifetime mortgages and reversion plans. In response to growing client demand for residential conveyancing services, the company has decided to invest in their own team, focusing on high-value residential property transactions. This new role is part of their growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities- Running a caseload of Conveyancing & Residential Property matters, including taking instructions, dealing with client queries, and working collaboratively with the wider equity release team.
- Maintaining excellent file administration standards with a strong understanding of relevant compliance in this highly regulated area of law.
- Working proactively with another Conveyancing fee earner, offering guidance to less experienced staff members.
We are seeking an experienced and fully qualified Residential Conveyancer or Residential Property Lawyer with at least 2-3 years' experience of fee earning and independently managing their own caseload within a residential property team. Prior experience in a local or regional law firm or legal services company is essential, with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a busy team environment.
Candidates should be comfortable working directly with clients and third parties to progress each matter. A strong understanding of compliance and the ability to maintain high file administration standards are essential for this role.
