Job Opportunity:

Penta Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, growing our client base, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and present business cases to senior management to secure funding and resources.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proven experience in generating new business sales opportunities in IT sales.
  • Demonstrable success in new business sales, with a proven track record of delivering growth within a complex client portfolio.
  • Ability to think innovatively and challenge conventional thinking.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
