Role Summary

We are in search of an Associate to join our dynamic team, contributing to our ongoing transaction execution and future growth strategies. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in lending or portfolio oversight, exhibit a strong desire for knowledge, be self-driven, and showcase an entrepreneurial mindset. While prior lending experience is advantageous, we are particularly keen on candidates who demonstrate potential for leadership with the right guidance and support, emphasizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in the complete transaction execution process: from supporting deal origination and transaction assessment to due diligence, legal formalities, and ongoing transaction oversight.
  • Assist in managing borrower relationships.
  • Participate in portfolio management activities.
  • Support senior leadership in initiatives aimed at business expansion.
