An exciting opportunity awaits at STAFFING LAB LIMITED for a Quality Assurance Specialist within our off-site manufacturing operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all finished products meet the required tolerances and adhere to quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, including a full record of any faults identified.
  • Comply with all organizational policies, management systems, and standard operating procedures, including legal obligations related to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality.
  • Conduct internal audits of processes and products.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and assist in investigating root causes while implementing corrective actions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Interpret and understand technical drawings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve shared objectives.
  • Adopt a methodical and systematic approach to tasks.
  • Represent the company positively to uphold corporate image and reputation.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervision or management.
  • Evaluate and approve or reject raw materials based on quality standards and monitor supplier performance.
  • Foster positive working relationships to maintain a culture of mutual respect and dignity.
  • Communicate politely and effectively with colleagues at all times.
  • Update and maintain inspection documents, forms, logs, conformance certificates, and other records.
  • Conduct multiple stage inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Record and report any defects or issues identified during inspections.
  • Perform final inspections on finished products prior to shipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: £12.75-£14.50 per hour


Expected Hours: 40 per week
