About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at IN n OUT Autocentres. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving business performance and improvement, while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service, as well as providing leadership and guidance to the centre team. You will also be involved in coaching and motivating the team to achieve their full potential, while driving profitability and maximising productivity.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. You will be a qualified Level 3 Technician and/or MOT Tester, with excellent communication and customer relations skills. You will also be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and committed to exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Full Driving Licence (required)
  • Automotive service experience (3 years preferred)
