This role offers the flexibility of working from home three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately inputting data into computer systems in a timely manner.
  • Organizing international insurance documentation for efficient data processing.
  • Communicating with clients in London to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Transcribing information from various insurance documents into the database.
  • Collaborating closely with team members to meet deadlines.
  • Documenting errors and ensuring all data is precise.
  • Raising inquiries and maintaining regular communication with clients in London.
  • Building strong client relationships to support business growth.
  • Utilizing Excel regularly for data analysis, including formulas and lookups.

Candidate Profile:
  • Proficient in Excel, with the ability to perform pivot tables and lookups.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong numerical aptitude.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A-C, including Mathematics and English.
  • Adept at problem-solving.
