Business Operations Assistant

Job Summary
The post holder will provide a professional administrative support service to health and social care operational teams. Delivering this support in a friendly and efficient manner will be vital to the smooth operation of the teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support to operational teams, ensuring effective communication and a positive image for the function.
- Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organisational policies and procedures.
- Work flexibly to cover staff absences and periods of pressure.
Requirements
The successful applicant will be required to complete a basic Disclosure Scotland application. A formal offer of employment will only be made once satisfactory clearance has been received.
