Business Director for Operational Excellence

South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Business Director to lead the operational excellence of its business support function. The successful candidate will have strategic and operational responsibility for the business support function, which plays a critical role in delivering health and care services to citizens in South Ayrshire. The post holder will be responsible for the general management of NHS premises occupied by the partnership and will have a critical role in ensuring health and safety within these premises.

The Business Director will be a member of the Directorate Management Team and will report directly to the Director of Health and Social Care. The post requires a strong understanding of business support functions and the ability to lead and manage a team to achieve operational excellence. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this post is competitive, with an estimated annual salary of £62,652 for a full-time position based on a 36.5-hour working week. The post is subject to a Standard Disclosure check, and the successful candidate will be required to work flexibly between home and the office.

The South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership is committed to delivering high-quality health and care services to citizens in South Ayrshire.
