At Brook Street Social Care, we are dedicated to assisting a diverse range of clients, including adults with learning disabilities, elderly individuals, children, and young people, as well as those facing homelessness and mental health challenges.
In this role, you will be empowered to foster independence and assist clients in developing essential life skills. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional care and support, while nurturing positive relationships with residents, their families, and your colleagues.
We primarily collaborate with organizations that support adults with learning disabilities. Therefore, it is crucial that you are a licensed driver with access to your own vehicle and are comfortable providing personal care.
While we strive to keep your work assignments as local as possible, our services extend throughout the region, allowing you the flexibility to choose your preferred locations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of UK-based care experience within the last year or 1 year within the last 5 years.
- Willingness to undergo DBS and reference checks.
- Comfortable with providing personal care.
