About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bank Support Worker to join our team on a zero hours contract basis. As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication administration.
  • Promote independence and support individuals to achieve their personal goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar care/support role is desirable but not essential.
  • A compassionate and caring nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
