Your Role
In the position of Senior Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the effective delivery of building surveying and project management services, ensuring that we maintain a high standard of service for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and nurturing new client relationships.
- Leading and supporting portfolio instructions.
- Identifying opportunities within Building Consultancy.

Your Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must hold MRICS qualification and possess commercial surveying experience. A solid understanding of professional and project-based building surveying, along with knowledge of local and broader property markets, is essential. You should excel in building and sustaining business and client relationships, demonstrate clear written communication skills, and have strong computer proficiency. A valid vehicle and willingness to travel within the UK are also required.
Preferred qualifications include experience in conducting building surveys for investment or occupational purposes, inspecting and reporting on mechanical and electrical services, assessing energy performance, and providing improvement recommendations. Familiarity with Planned Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting is advantageous.
