Cleaning Site Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Site Supervisor to join our team at Norse Group. As a Cleaning Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our contractual cleaning service and coordinating a small on-site team of cleaners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure service levels are communicated and achieved
  • Coordinate equipment and product storage, maintenance, and replenishment
  • Monitor attendance and time management
  • Observe health and safety guidelines onsite

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience within a commercial cleaning environment
  • Experience of supervising or leading staff
  • Ability to confidently engage with clients and members of the public
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
