We are currently seeking a Facilities Cleaning Supervisor to join our supportive team, ensuring a superior level of cleanliness throughout the premises by utilizing equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.

This position will require traveling to various locations alongside a Cleaning Technician, where you will be responsible for removing items from refrigeration units, conducting cleaning and basic maintenance, and returning all items to their original places.


  • The role will focus on a designated area but may involve travel to other regions, working collaboratively with a Technician.
  • This position will be hands-on, with the responsibility of providing regular updates to Supervisors and Management regarding the progress of tasks and addressing any issues that arise.
  • You will lead the coordination and allocation of tasks to the Technician while on-site.
  • A proactive attitude is essential, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, while being committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in cleaning or basic maintenance within one of the following sectors is preferred:
  • Large retail environments
  • Food production
  • Industrial cleaning settings
  • The capability to lead a team that actively contributes to outstanding customer service. Professionalism, friendliness, flexibility, and helpfulness are key attributes.
