Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Site Supervisor to join our team at Norse Group. As a Cleaning Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a small on-site team of cleaners and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality cleaning service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate a small on-site team of cleaners to ensure the delivery of a high-quality cleaning service.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and products to ensure they are stored, maintained, and replenished as required.
  • Monitor attendance and time management of team members.
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines are observed on-site.

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience within a commercial cleaning environment.
  • Experience of supervising or leading staff, although this does not need to be within the industry.
  • Ability to confidently engage with clients and members of the public.
  • Good organisational skills, capable of managing your own and others' workload.
  • Good eye for detail, and ability to maintain high levels of customer service.
