About the Role

As a Quantity Surveyor at Fawkes & Reece London, you will play a crucial role in the success of our residential development projects. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality timber frame and low-rise apartment developments across Suffolk and the surrounding counties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage up to 3 sites simultaneously, overseeing procurement, buying, and final accounting processes.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring timely payments and resolving disputes when necessary.
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to optimize project profitability.
Requirements

We are looking for a team player with a strong background in residential development, ideally with experience working with another developer. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • COINS knowledge and a degree in a construction-related subject.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience on similar projects.
  • Excellent subcontractor management and payment skills.
