Salary: £26,189 - £28,621 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Pastoral Support team as a Pastoral Support Tutor. The successful candidate will provide pastoral and academic support to our full-time learners on a 1:1 and group basis, including weekly sessions of the tutorial programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pastoral and academic support to learners aged 16-19
- Understand and meet the support needs of learners
- Set targets and work to tight deadlines
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with learners, staff, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pastoral support initiatives

Requirements:
- Experience of supporting students aged 16-19
